Thanks for the question, robot!

That’s a difficult one to answer, because the world is full of inanimate objects. Until recently, my iPhone surely would have sprung to mind, but its backlight recently busted, so it’s a little less useful now. So that’s out.

I am also quite fond of my pull-up bar (AS SEEN ON TV!), but I haven’t used it in a few weeks because the ceiling started falling down in the area of my apartment where the pull-up bar hangs.

Cats are animate objects, right?

Okay, here’s what I’m going to go with: A fancy bottle opener with the face of Pope John Paul II on it. We call it the Popener. I’ll post a picture if I figure out how!
